  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (12 oz) good-quality tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook egg noodles until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and frozen peas.
