Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 bunch broccolini (about 8 oz)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional, e.g., thyme or dill)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange salmon fillets on it. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds). Remove from heat and mix in lemon juice.
  4. Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper; place around salmon on the baking sheet.
