- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and chop vegetables.
- Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in oil until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
- Add chopped vegetables; stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl; pour over chicken and veggies.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to coat everything evenly with sauce.
