Description

Chicken Teriyaki Noodles is a vibrant and flavorful dish that brings together tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and perfectly cooked egg noodles, all enveloped in a rich teriyaki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and chop vegetables.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in oil until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  4. Add chopped vegetables; stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Whisk together soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl; pour over chicken and veggies.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to coat everything evenly with sauce.
