  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pans for about ten minutes before transferring to wire racks. Once cooled, layer with chocolate pudding between them.
