  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1 pound gnocchi (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; add to the pot and cook until golden brown on both sides.
