  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Chop garlic and parsley. Boil water in a large pot.
  2. Cook the pasta: Add linguine to boiling salted water; cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  3. Sauté the chicken: Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. Create the sauce: In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant (1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce; mix until slightly thickened.
  5. Add flavorings: Mix in lemon juice, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning. Taste for seasoning.
  6. Combine: Slice rested chicken into bite-sized pieces, return to skillet with cooked linguine, and mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
