  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  4. Combine drained noodles with the onion-broth mixture, adding reserved pasta water if necessary.
  5. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with Gruyère cheese, and broil until bubbly and golden.
