Instructions

  5. Gradually add warm vegetable broth one ladle at a time, stirring frequently until the liquid is nearly absorbed before adding more (20-25 minutes total).
  6. Once the rice is al dente and creamy, remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
