- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ½ cup cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Pat the chicken pieces dry and coat them with flour in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix soy sauce, orange juice, ginger, and garlic. Add the flour-coated chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
