Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  4. Grate parmesan cheese over the seasoned florets and mix until well distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
