Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- Toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Grate parmesan cheese over the seasoned florets and mix until well distributed.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
