  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  4. Whisk in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving molds or cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Prepare raspberry sauce by blending fresh raspberries with lemon juice and sugar until smooth; strain if desired.
