- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the chicken by boiling or grilling for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Let it cool, then shred.
- In a bowl, scoop and mash the avocados until creamy but still chunky.
- Mix in lime juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, and tomatoes (if using).
