- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté chopped onions until golden brown (10-15 minutes).
- Fold caramelized onions and shredded cheese into the dough.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the dough into a loaf, place it on a baking sheet.
