Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, cream the butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and mint extract until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing just until incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until set but soft in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
