Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice (apple or grape)
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Food coloring (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Cooking spray (for greasing molds)

Instructions

  1. Grease silicone gummy eyeball molds lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a small pot over low heat, mix 1 cup of fruit juice with 1 tablespoon of water. Gradually sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin while stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in food coloring until desired shade is achieved, then add sugar little by little to reach your preferred sweetness.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into the molds using a funnel or measuring cup, filling each mold three-quarters full.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until completely set. Once set, gently remove from molds and enjoy!
