  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium if preferred)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  2. Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened (3-4 minutes).
  3. Stir in chopped cabbage, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for about 5 minutes until the cabbage wilts.
  4. Pour in soy sauce; mix well and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
