  • 16 oz frozen pierogis (cheese and potato recommended)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine kielbasa, pierogis, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
