- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the salmon fillets and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
