Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen potstickers
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame oil for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. Add frozen potstickers to the boiling broth; cook for about five to seven minutes until they float.
  4. Stir in chopped bok choy, sliced carrots, and mushrooms; simmer for another five minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce; season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
