Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add sesame oil and sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Add frozen potstickers to the boiling broth; cook for about five to seven minutes until they float.
- Stir in chopped bok choy, sliced carrots, and mushrooms; simmer for another five minutes.
- Add soy sauce; season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
