Instructions

- Gradually add flour and salt; knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, until doubled.
- Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread filling evenly and sprinkle raspberries on top before rolling tightly.
- Slice into rolls about 1 inch thick; arrange on a greased baking sheet.
