  • 3 lbs bone-in pork shoulder
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and season with salt and pepper. Place it into the slow cooker.
  2. Coat the pork with yellow mustard and sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  3. Pour Worcestershire sauce around the pork.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is easily shredded.
  5. Remove pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. Assemble each slider by placing shredded pork on a bun, topping with pickle slices and Swiss cheese.
