- 1 cup corn (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced (add before serving)
- 4 cups romaine lettuce or mixed greens, chopped
- ½ cup Southwest dressing
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
