Description

Easter Poke Cake is a vibrant, flavor-packed dessert that celebrates the season with colorful layers and fruity goodness. It’s the perfect centerpiece for your spring gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (3 oz) package gelatin (Jell-O) mix (any flavor)
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Colorful sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth but do not overmix.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Once cooled slightly, poke holes all over the top of the cake using a skewer or fork.
  4. Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions and pour it evenly over the warm cake, allowing it to seep into the holes.
  5. Cool completely before spreading whipped topping across the surface of the cake.
  6. Before serving, decorate with colorful sprinkles for a festive look.
