Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon zest and juice until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes (optional).
  7. Roll dough into balls and coat generously with powdered sugar.
  8. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
