- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee, ensuring not to soak them too long.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of mason jars followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat until jars are full.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
