Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee, ensuring not to soak them too long.
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of mason jars followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat until jars are full.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
