- 4 cups shredded green and purple cabbage
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shuck the corn and chop the cabbage and onion.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
