  • 1 pre-made pie crust (cut into circles)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles that fit the muffin cups, placing each circle into the tin.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until frothy. Stir in cheese, vegetables, diced meat, salt, and pepper.
