Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the chicken legs with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place seasoned chicken legs in a large baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix rice with chicken broth, adding salt and pepper. Pour around the chicken in the dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
