Description

Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is a delightful fusion of tender chicken, crisp romaine, and creamy dressing, making it perfect for any meal or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz fusilli or penne pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for about 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Chop romaine lettuce and grate Parmesan cheese while the chicken rests.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chopped lettuce, diced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  5. Toss gently until well combined. Serve immediately or chill for about 30 minutes.
