Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Wide Egg Noodles
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • Milk
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a skillet, sauté chopped onion in oil until translucent; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sautéed beef and onions, cream of mushroom soup, milk, frozen vegetables, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
