- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz)
- 1 stick unsalted butter (4 oz)
- 4–6 sliced pepperoncini or banana peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Place boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Cut the stick of butter into pieces and scatter on top of the chicken, adding sliced peppers if desired.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the pot using two forks, mixing well with the sauce before serving.
