- 4 medium russet potatoes, diced

- 1 cup beef broth

- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, draining excess fat.
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in diced potatoes, dried herbs, salt, pepper, and beef broth until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
