Mint chocolate chip ice cream is a delightful homemade treat, combining creamy mint-infused goodness with rich chocolate chips. Perfect for cooling off on warm days!

			- 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
 
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and fresh mint leaves over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir until sugar dissolves.
 - Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes to infuse the mint flavor.
 - Strain out mint leaves. Mix in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
 - Chill the mixture in an airtight container for at least 2 hours.
 - Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn until soft-serve consistency.
 - In the last few minutes of churning, add chocolate chips.
 - Serve immediately or freeze for about 4 hours for firmer ice cream.
