Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. Make the cream cheese layer: Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
  3. Layer the strawberries: Spread sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare jello: Dissolve jello in boiling water; let cool until slightly thickened, then pour over the strawberry layer.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Finish: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
