- 8 oz short pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with pizza sauce, half of the cheese, and desired toppings.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and press down lightly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
