Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut slider buns in half and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage patties for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour into the skillet used for sausages and scramble until soft curds form, about 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble sliders by placing a sausage patty on each bottom bun, adding scrambled eggs, and topping with cheese. Cover with the top bun.
