  3. Add minced garlic to the pan, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown and their juices are released (approximately 5 minutes).
  5. Gradually add spinach by handfuls, stirring until wilted (2-3 minutes).
