Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 ripe Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomatoes and chop the lettuce.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed and cook chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken while cooking.
  5. Pour heavy cream over the cooked chicken and simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  6. Top each chicken breast with crispy bacon bits, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese before serving.
