- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 ripe Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes and chop the lettuce.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil if needed and cook chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken while cooking.
- Pour heavy cream over the cooked chicken and simmer gently until slightly thickened.
- Top each chicken breast with crispy bacon bits, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese before serving.
