Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil salted water in a large pot and cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion until no pink remains. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, garlic powder, sour cream, and mushroom soup until well mixed.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
