Ingredients

  • Egg Noodles
  • Lean Ground Beef
  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic Powder
  • Canned Mushroom Soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil salted water in a large pot and cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onion until no pink remains. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, garlic powder, sour cream, and mushroom soup until well mixed.
  4. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
