These bars are not only easy to make but also versatile enough for breakfast, snacks, or dessert. Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with brown sugar; let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
