  • 6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 2 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash and dry the pears thoroughly.
  2. Halve each pear lengthwise and scoop out the core using a melon baller or small spoon.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese, toasted walnuts, honey, and fresh thyme. Mix until well combined.
  4. Generously fill each pear half with the blue cheese mixture.
