  • 2 cups juicy oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cool running water.
  2. Cut the apples into bite-sized pieces, segment the oranges, and halve the grapes.
  3. Gently tap out pomegranate seeds into a bowl.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all prepared fruits along with mint, honey/maple syrup, and lemon juice.
