  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
