  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen lobster tails overnight in the refrigerator if necessary. Cut the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears to expose the meat.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the flesh is opaque.
