Pistachio & Raspberry Cheesecake Domes are a delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake, crunchy pistachios, and tangy raspberries, beautifully crafted into elegant dome shapes for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional raspberries and pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone dome molds by thoroughly cleaning them.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand and press firmly into the bottom of each mold.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in chopped pistachios and swirl in fresh raspberries.
  5. Spoon filling into molds over the crust layer, tapping to remove air bubbles.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm; release from molds when ready to serve.
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra raspberries and pistachios.
