- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup unsalted pistachios, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Additional raspberries and pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare silicone dome molds by thoroughly cleaning them.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand and press firmly into the bottom of each mold.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Gently fold in chopped pistachios and swirl in fresh raspberries.
- Spoon filling into molds over the crust layer, tapping to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm; release from molds when ready to serve.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with extra raspberries and pistachios.
