- 2 tbsp brown sugar (dark preferred)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Vegetable oil for cooking

- Roll the mixture into meatballs approximately 1 inch in diameter and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs in batches until browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Pour over the browned meatballs in the skillet.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
