  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, green onions, garlic, ginger, panko breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. While baking, prepare the glaze by whisking soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and sriracha in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the glaze until fully coated. Serve with rice or noodles and garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds.
