  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface until 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut the pastry into 3-inch squares.
  5. Place a piece of brie in the center of each square, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and drizzle with honey.
  6. Fold the corners of each square over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with fresh rosemary.
