- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder and salt. Form into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Add cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble sliders by layering lettuce, pickles, and patties with melted cheese on bottom buns; top with special sauce and the top bun.
- Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until heated through.
