Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a blender, combine blueberries, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice; blend until smooth but slightly chunky.

  4. Layer blueberry mixture and yogurt in popsicle molds, creating swirls.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of molds and gently remove popsicles.
